When ordering popcorn during the Spring and Summer months, the flavors with a certain coatings (any flavors that is made with a white chocolate or milk chocolate) will possibly melt during the shipping process.  If those flavors are ordered and come melted, you can put the bag in the refrigerator or freezer to set the coating.
